Application Fees- $0.00

There is no cost to apply. 

Processing Fee - $35.00

Charged only if your loan is approved. Covers identity verification, document review, and account setup.

Origination Fee - 1-1.5%

This fee is standard in private lending (typically 0.5%–1%).
It covers underwriting, loan preparation, and activation. -Examples:

  • $1,000 loan → $10 origination fee

  • $2,500 loan → $25 origination fee

  • $5,000 loan → $50 origination fee

This fee is built into the loan, not paid upfront.

Monthly Service Fee- $10.00

A small-fixed fee that supports payment processing and account maintenance.

Late Payment Fee - $10.50

If a payment is missed by more than 5 days.
No compounding. No daily penalties. No predatory charges.

Returned Payment Fee - $25.00

Only charged if your bank returns a payment.

Early Payoff Fee - $0.00

You can pay off your loan anytime with no penalty. Early payoff saves you money — and we encourage it.
